      • Starting Balance: $22,588.79

      • Income: $291.44

      • Expenditures: (PTC Luncheon, PTA Supplies, Logo Shop Spirit Wear) 5,218.28

      • Total: 17,661.95

     

    1. Principal Update- Mr. Robins

      • Discussed connection and how we can help each other through relationships.

      • Had a fire drill and the fire alarm did not work—it is all fixed now

      • A lot of great things to look forward to!

      • We appreciate and love the volunteers in our school.

      • Looking for Americorps math mentor volunteers M-F 8-2:30—paid volunteer opportunity

    1. STEAM Night- January 30 6:00-7:30PM- Natalie Peterson

      • 7 companies are planning to come

      • Is there anyone who would like to volunteer for a table—Kendal will volunteer for a table

     

    1. School Wide Literacy book event- Emili Larsen 

      • “Ranger in Time-Rescue on the Oregon Trail”

      • Will make questions associated with AR

      • Motion to amend the budget and add $200 by Heather Holmes, seconded by Kendal Welker unanimously approved by all in attendance. 

      • Start March 5th and end March 19th—Prize Drawing on March 26th

     

    1. Science Fair- February 20- Catherine Wells

      • Can display in the Library

      • Flyer will be going out

     

    1. Walkathon April 15 &16 (in case of weather)17- Kim Kikkert

      • Reaching out to businesses for sponsorship

     

    1. Amnity Aides and housing- Kendal Welker

      • Power School Data Breach

      • Full time Aide

      • Looking for people to host them

      • Really great program for the school

      • Does not need to be a full year

      • Can be anyone who can support a private room with breakfast, dinner and transportation

      • Call Kendal for more information—she has hosted and found it to be an incredible experience
